Optimise Labs

Research, experiments and new business ideas.

Optimise Labs explores early-stage ideas, business models, digital tools and market opportunities across technology, operations, hospitality, franchising and consumer behaviour. Some experiments graduate into platforms. Some stay as research. All of them are useful.

An early-stage workspace for the ideas that aren't yet products.

Labs is the part of Optimise-Group where work starts before it has a clear shape. Some of it becomes a platform. Some of it becomes a research note. Some of it just informs how we think about the next thing we build.

It is deliberately less polished than the rest of the work. The point is to learn quickly and write it down honestly.

Areas of focus

Six tracks of early-stage work.

Market research

Sectors, categories, customer behaviour and emerging opportunities.

Experiments

Small, time-boxed builds and tests on operational or commercial ideas.

Prototypes

Working demos of tools, dashboards or workflows we want to try in real businesses.

Market opportunities

Hypotheses on where the next platform, brand or business should sit.

AI & automation

Where AI and automation can quietly help managers and operators — without overhyping it.

New ventures

The seed-stage thinking behind the next thing in the Optimise-Group portfolio.
