This Privacy Policy explains how Optimise-Group (Pty) Ltd ("Optimise-Group", "we", "our", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects personal information you provide when interacting with our website, our platforms or our team. We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) and apply its requirements as our standard.

- Information from our platforms — if you use Optimise OS, Franchise 360 or another product within the group, we process operational data under the data processing agreement that applies to that product.

- Providing access to and operating our platforms (where applicable).
- Sending occasional updates, newsletters and insights — only where you have opted in.

We retain enquiry records for the time needed to respond and follow up; platform records for the duration of the relevant agreement plus any statutory retention period; and accounting records for the period required by South African tax and company law.

- Request correction or deletion of personal information.
- Object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
